Tenant Procedures

The potential Tenant is required to submit an application and one copy of photo ID. The application fee is $30.00 per married couple or $30.00 per each adult 18 years of age or older. By submitting an application the potential Tenant consents that the Owner / Agent may investigate credit / criminal and / or verify employment and references. If any information obtained causes the applicant to be rejected, the potential Tenant understands that the information may not be disclosed to them. The Owner / Agent has the responsibility to offer equal service to all prospects without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial statue or national orgin. The potential Tenant is advised that the Agents of Brooks and Broadwell Realty represent the owner.
